BioI am a certified personal trainer with a bachelor's degree in sports medicine, a runner who has completed one half-marathon and is currently training for a full marathon; I love being active and educating others about how to lead a healthy, active lifestyle. Running is my therapy, one of my social outlets (I LOVE my running group), and one of my biggest passions.
